A precise line-up of spinning rods for targeting tunas of all sizes, the Salina Tuna sets the new standard off-shore tuna fishing gear. To match the tunas’ power, the Salina Tuna features an exceptionally powerful high-modulus carbon blank optimized for intense showdowns. Special care was taken to ensure the 1+1pcs blank has the necessary bend to help anglers minimize the strain when fighting the fish. The Salina Tuna’s other components exhibit the same degree of care: the blank is fitted with a Fuji reel seat and SeaGuide New Concept guides with Zirconia inserts and SS316 frames. The rubber gimbal butt cap increases stability when hauling in the fish. As tunas often swim in schools of similar-sized specimens, the Salina Tuna series consists of three different rod sizes – you can optimize your gear by choosing the rod according to the size of the fish in your area. For optimized performance, pair the Salina Tuna with a Tesoro or Cedros spinning reel.
